Post 304 Executive/Planning Committee Meeting Thursday, September 7, 2006
Post 304 will have the bi-monthly Planning Committee Meeting at the GA National Guard Armory on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. on September 7, 2006. The meeting typically covers items for discussion that would normally not be appropriate for full discussion at a regular membership meeting. Decisions made at the planning meeting typically are presented to the membership in final form at the next regular meeting. All Post officers are encouraged to attend this meeting.
If you would care to be involved in presenting items for discussion or participating in discussions that may affect the future of your Post, please make an effort to attend this meeting. You will be welcome. We generally close the meeting before 9:00 p.m.
