Good News! - New Meeting Place and New Day for Post 304

Major Reginald Neal, Exec. Officer of the 781st Troop Command, GA Army National Guard agreed to allow our Post to utilize the Guard's facilities on Thursday evenings. The Armory has a mess hall that can accomodate 100 people and a Conference Room that can accomodate about 30 for the Women's Auxiliary. It is a beautiful facility.

At our Monday night General Membership meeting, it was approved by a unanimous vote to accept Major Neal's kind offer to hold future meetings of The American Legion Post 304 at that facility on the third Thursday of each month and to hold future Executive and Planning meetings there as well.
General Membership meetings will commence at 7:00 p.m. and will conclude by 9:00 p.m. The location of the facility is 1901 McCollum Parkway, Kennesaw and is across the highway from McCollum Airfield. (McCollum is a continuation of Chastain Road West of Kennesaw State University.) Our next meeting is April 20, 2006. We hope to see you there.
